Our story
A Legacy Built on the Land
Nicole & Will Parke with their five children — Heber City, Utah
Since 1066
A name with roots
“When you hire Parke, you're not getting a franchise or a rotating crew — you're getting people who take your property personally.”
In 1066, following the Norman Conquest, a follower of William the Conqueror, named Thomas, was appointed "Master of the Hunt" and placed in charge of the Royal Parks of England. He became Thomas de Parke, was granted lands in the North of England, and elevated to the title of Baronet. Nearly a thousand years later, that same dedication to the land brings us to your doorstep in Heber City, Utah.
Heber City, home for over 20 years
We know this land: the hard winters, the dry summers, the unique demands of high-elevation Utah landscapes. For over 15 years, Parke Property Services has grown almost entirely through word of mouth — because doing exceptional work has always been our best advertisement.
We serve the finest residential communities and private club properties in Wasatch and Summit Counties — from everyday homeowners to the exclusive communities of Red Ledges, Tuhaye, Promontory, Victory Ranch, and Glenwild.
How we work
Not a franchise. Not a crew rotation.
Owners on the property
When you work with Parke, you work with Will and Nicole directly. We don't send a different crew each visit — you get the same people who know your property, your preferences, and your landscape.
Built on referrals
We've grown almost entirely through word of mouth for over 15 years. That's not an accident — it's the result of treating every property as if it were our own.
Deep regional knowledge
We understand the specific demands of Wasatch Back landscapes — alkaline soils, short growing seasons, water restrictions, and the expectations of the region's most discerning property owners.
Where we work
Serving the Wasatch Back
Our service area covers Wasatch and Summit Counties — including Park City, Heber City, Midway, and the surrounding valleys. We work with private residences, estate properties, and the region's premier private club communities.

Ready to talk about your property?
A site assessment takes about an hour. We'll look at your soil, your irrigation system, and your current landscape — and tell you exactly what a fertigation program would do for your property.
